1. No Returns:
We do not accept returns for any reason once an order has been placed and delivered. This policy applies to all our products, and we encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming.
2. No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for products. All sales are final, and we do not entertain requests for exchanging one product for another.
3. Cancelation of COD Orders:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests can be accommodated immediately upon order placement. However, prepaid orders have a strict one-hour window for cancellations. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming.
4. Refund Policy for Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders that are canceled within the one-hour window, refunds will be processed within 8-10 working days using the same payment mode. Once the one-hour window has passed, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
5. Unused and Unworn Items:
As part of our commitment to quality, we ensure that all products leave our facility in pristine condition. We encourage customers to inspect items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support immediately.
